Online seller fees are costs charged for the use of our services to list, sell, and fulfill orders

Commission Fees from sellers: Also called final value fees or transaction fees, these are charged when an item sells. They are typically calculated as a percentage of the total sale price (including item price, shipping, and taxes) and vary significantly by product category.

Our commission fees are as low as 3-5% depending on product listed for sale. No hidden fees.

For budget products or simply to save more on processing fees we integrated an offline payment method such as bank transfer payment collected by vtcmarket.com.

Payment Processing Fees: These are fees charged by the service that handles the transaction (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or the marketplace's own integrated payment system) to cover the costs of processing payments, security, and fraud prevention.

Usually processing fees are as low as 1.5-3% depending of payment processor.

International Fees: Sellers may be charged additional fees for selling to international customers, which can include currency conversion fees or an international transaction fee based on the buyer's or seller's location.

Pay Outs for Sellers

1. Sellers with high feedback score 50+ positive reviews will be eligible for Pay Out within 2 business days after order placed.
2. Sellers with feedback score under 50 positive feedback will be eligible for Pay Out within 7 business days after order placed.
3. Sellers with 0 feedback will be eligible for Pay Out after their product is delivered to the buyer (within 3 business days).
4. Tracking numbers and shipping carrier information is required.
