you are unsure how to install the manifold and or carb after reading an
Installation Guide, please take your part(s) to a licensed or
certified mechanic for install. I cannot be held responsible for damaged
product due to buyers lack of knowledge.

Manifold
is bolted on with the reason... Once fuel goes trough manifold it cools
it down. So it is very important to keep manifold heated up. Bolt on
manifold is attached to the cylinders and heat is transferred to the
manifold. F.ex. mounted with rubber boots or so, mounted different way,
single carb set up wont work properly because mixture will be rich no
matter what jetting is. Let say you having a moonshine distillation
machine... that develops a liquid from the steam. Long story short.
Manifold should be warm enough to deliver atomized fuel in to the engine
as a gas.
WARNING! DO NOT INSTALL THE MANIFOLD WITHOUT GASKETS TO PREVENT DEFORMATION OF THE FLANGES. THIS IS MANDATORY!

BLACK RTV on gaskets must be used installing the manifold to assure 100% seal.
1. Apply RTV on cylinder heads
2. Stick the gaskets and let them sit for a while.
3. Apply RTV on the manifold and gently tie the bolts.
4. Let it dry for about 45 min - 1 hour.

Installation Guide
1. Remove existing carbs and separate them (if original stock carburetor is used).
2. Use front carburetor for this conversion (if original stock carburetor is used).
3. Install manifold on to engine. Right or left, it’s your choice.
4. Install carburetor
5. Attach throttle cable
6. Attach choke cable by removing rear choke cable bracket and reattaching to front
7. Double check clamps and cables
8. Start your engine
9. Stop reading instructions and hit the road
With stock Hitachi carburetor, needle lifted 0.8mm and main jet is a 140 - 180 , pilot is 42 - 50 depending on engine size.
