This set up is one of the best solutions for GL1000-1100. Very simple to install, minimum adjustments and great performance. Hassle free... S&S carburetor supplies a propper  amount of air to the mixture comparing to other carburetors. Very easy to tune, only two scews: mixture and idle speed. NOTE: Engine tuning should only be performed by experienced mechanics as a "too-lean" condition can melt pistons and a "too-rich" condition can lead to excessive component wear and failure. Always do frequent plug checks or O2 measurements when making any carb adjustment.

All items are shipped via DHL Express international service, so it is guaranteed safe and on time delivery. Usually it takes from 3 to 9 business days worldwide (for manifold). Carburetor might arrive a few days later or sooner than manifold.

Honda Goldwing GL1000-1100 single carburetor manifold with S&S Super E REPLICA carburetor. CARBURETOR IS A REPLICA. Do not expect any other known brands.
Designed and engineered to convert a four carb configuration into one, avoiding four carb maintenance, especially synchronization and improves fuel efficiency. TESTED!

New design STAINLESS STEEL manifold with 99.9% optimized mixture flow. No sharp 90 degree angles inside gives an open flow straight to the cylinders. Shape of this manifold is designed the way that never leaves a leftover gas in it when engine is off witch is different, comparing to other types of GL manifolds in the market. This part is precisely engineered using a high tech "Pipe Design" software, TruLaser 5000 tube profiling machine and of course professionally TIG welded.

NOTE! This is not PLUG AND PLAY SET UP! For proper installation and tuning of this kit, a mechanical skills and knowledge about fuel supply  is required. If you don't feel confident enough, I strongly recommend to get help from professional mechanic.

If you are not sure how to complete your project or have not enough confidence how to do it right, please DO NOT BUY IT!!! Don't waste yours and my time. I m not taking returns at all, only if part is defective due to manufacturing issues or so. No beginners or game players please. I m working hard to make your old timers be back on the road. Materials

Parts included:
1 x Manifold
1 x Elbow
1 x Gasket
1 x Carburetor S&S Super E REPLICA (pre jetted for the first start). Usually main jet No 076, intermediate No 031
1 x Mesh air cleaner (stainless steel)
 
Setup used only a single throttle control cable, but decelerator cable can be used as well (your choice). Choke cable OEM is good to go.

NOTE! Installing intake elbows on the manifold use a regular hose clamps instead stock ones. Stock clamps are with the limiters and might not tie properly.

INSTALLATION

IMPORTANT!!!

Metal heat SHROUD must be removed to install this set up (see pictures). Just keep the studs to mount the engine!!! SHROUD IS FOR HEAT PROTECTION ONLY ON FACTORY SET UP.

Recommended spark plugs with heat range No 6 by NGK.

Carburetor initial set up before first start! IMPORTANT!
1. Mixture screw - 1 1/4 turns back from closed position.
2. Idle screw - 1/2 turns clockwise from position of screw no longer touches the throttle stop.
3. Accelerator pump screw - 2 full turns back from complete top of the screw.

1. Remove intake boots, control cables, fuel lines etc.
2. Remove existing carb setup. Note: Remove carb assembly from left side of engine. Removal of right front air piston cap will aid in removal on some models
3. Remove metal heat shroud between radiator and carb (see pictures).
4. Install intake boots onto new manifold making sure rubber boots are in good condition
5. Install new manifold with intake boots back on engine and reinstall flange bolts
6. Attach carburetor to the elbow.
7. Install carburetor with elbow on to manifold. (Filter must be installed first on the carburetor).
8. Connect throttle and choke cables to the carburetor.
9. Get out of the garage and hit the road
